Amber Cruz
Amber Cruz was born in Hickory, North Carolina, and moved to the Triangle area as a young child. She now lives in Benson with her husband, Nicolas, and together they share a blended family of six children. Amber began her journey in holistic wellness under the mentorship of Veronica Vela, N.D., in Raleigh from 1998 to 2000. She went on to graduate from the North Carolina School of the Healing Arts and is a licensed massage therapist in the state of North Carolina. With a strong commitment to specialized care, Amber has also been a Certified Lymphedema Therapist since 2004. Amber brings over two decades of experience, compassion, and expertise to her practice, helping clients achieve healing and balance through therapeutic touch and personalized care.
